Does JTAPI has built in SIP,H323 and MGCP support?

hello,
           i want to  know that ,,does JTAPI has built in SIP and H323
support ,, or we have to use explicitely a SIP or H323  stack,,

 can any one tell me what is  " Jain SIP " ,, and what it is for ?
