Re: PSTN to IP(H323) call routing

hello Richard,
          i want to know about a senerio ,
the situation is this , , let suppose a call come to our application server
,, it receives it and now after detecting the user extension ,,it is its
responsibility to
guide it towards the user required number , now this senerio is call
transfer || call route || call forward ?

bcz i have to also handle the Voice mail if req user is not available?
any code Example of this senerio will be helpfull for me
