Help for running Sip Provider

Hi every one,
                         I am facing problem in running Sip Provider.
Can any  body tell me the steps properly? i shall be thank full
in phone1 i have set the IP of my local machine and in phone2 i have set IP of another machine. SJphones are also running on them

                               test("net.sourceforge.gjtapi.raw.sip.SipProvider", "sip:[email protected]", "sip:[email protected]");

is this statement is ok or not?  i mean provider is ok or not

and i have replace                                sip:[email protected] = sip:[email protected] (my local machine)

                                                          sip:[email protected] = sip:[email protected] (my other machine)

is this ok or not

and what i should have to write in sipProvider,properties?

actually apllication starts infinite errors . main error is of sipManager
