Has anybody managed to get this configuration working? The documentation is already poor, it mentions a CallForwarding instruction of FORWARD_ALL, which does not exist. On top of that, even if you have a forward set, calling getForwarding on an address returns null. Likewise, cancelForwarding does nothing and I have been unable to do anything with setForwarding that wouldn't cause an exception either. If anybody has gotten this to work I'd really appreciate some pointers.
