help needed

Hi,
 I am a beginner with JTAPI. I have to develope an
 application which can recieve the phone call and ask for the choices from
the caller and track the buttons pressed to play a certain multimedia file
to answer the calles queries. How do I start developing with JTAPI? If
 anyone has developed such an application, please
 help
 me out.
