CTI port receive stream

Hi,

I am trying to test a sample script to enable a CTI port to start
streaming. It's Cisco IP tel. Basically I add a terminal observer and
register the CTI port with 2 capabilities, G711 and G729. I use my IP
address and a port number, lets say 4321. I receive the InService event but
nothing else. If I check on my PC with netstat -p udp there's no active
connection. What am I missing?
