What you need is a server component which interacts with the PBX.
Additionally you need an implementation of the jtapi specification (a
so-called "JTAPI Service Provider").
A free implementation is for example xtapi, available under:
http://xtapi.sourceforge.net.

If you wish you can also download and test our jtapi implementation. It
works with a server component called TeamCall
