Expected callflow. - Phone 1 calls Phone 2. - Phone 2 transfer call to phone3 - phone 3 need to display phone 1 number. I have tried a test 1) if Phone 1,2 and 3 are internal call(dialling of extension only), it works 2) if Phone 1 is calling from outside(dial the full telephone number), it does not work. Any idea? Anyway thanks for your help. Thanks, Kenny On 9/19/06, Joerg Wiesmann <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi, > > you may try this event: > CallCtlConnEstablishedEv > and not the Talking event. > > Hope it helps > > greetz J=F6rg Wiesmann > > > > Kenny Wong schrieb: > > Hi all, > I am also trying to get the caller ID of a transfered call from my system= . > However have been getting the incorrect number. > > Expected callflow. > - Phone 1 calls Phone 2. > - Phone 2 transfer call to phone3 > - phone 3 need to display phone 1 number. > > I have added observer in and is retriving the caller ID in the TALKING > Event(Forget is it from the Connection package or the Call Control packag= e). > However the caller ID that I am getting is the phone 2 caller ID. > > DEduce this is because I did a 2 step transfer but shouldn't another > TALKING event be fired after transfer is completed?
