Connectivity adaptor for Cisco provides the switch side interface specific to the CCM and Team Call JTAPI implementation provides an abstracted down JTAPI interface to the CTI server." Seif, the CSTA-Simulator is another Product of ilink. I try to send you a documentation to see how you can make the interface between these components.
