Silent Monitoring via conference on CallManager

Hi,
has anyone in the interest group done any work on silent conference in a
Cisco CallManager environment.  What I am trying to achieve is the
equivilent functionality to ECMA CSTA SingleStepConference.  Effectivly it
is the Supvervisor Monitor of an extisting call.  This is usually achieved
by conferencing in the supervisor party directly into the call in a silent
mode without a consultation step.

Can anyone give me any pointers on whether this is possible.
