Hi,

Any one can help me in this,

1. Why there is no JTAPI events triggered at the time Call Forwarding=20
Opeartion in Cisco Call Manager.=20
2. If I want to log/monitor/control this Call forwarding operation, how c=
ould I=20
do this in real time.
3. Is there any tricks/tips to log/monitor/control this operation.
