Unable to retrieve UUI from the JTAPI Application

Hi All,
I have written a JTAPI Application that monitor an extension for the
CallCtlTermConnRingingEv, CallCtlTermConnTalkingEv to retrieve the UUI,
which is set by the IVR system. The problem that i am facing is that the
application seems to work fine on my development PC while the deployment PC
could not retrieve the UUI during the CallCtlTermConnTalkingEv if the phone
is left to ring for longer than 10 mins.

The method to retrieve the UUI is the same in both event and it seems that
this only affect if the phone is ringing more than 10 mins and not for
anywhere below it. I know it is strange but was wondering if anyone could
offer advise on it.
