Hi, I am new to this telephony technologies. I downloaded the Jtapi from sun's wen site .=20 when I run the incall.java .=20 I am getting the following exception. Can=92t get Provider: com.ids.ramesh.incall.JtapiPeerUnavailableException= :=20 JtapiPeer: DefaultJtapiPeer could not be instantiated.
