Java JTapi Blind Transfer/Transfer Call/Join

Hello,


I want to make a Blind Transfer session with JTapi.

So application should call the first phone via PBX; 
First phone is picked up;
Application should call the second phone via PBX;
Second phone is picked up;
Two phones can communicate with each other;

I haven't found any working source code.
There is something on sourceforge, but so far only the MakeCall
functionality is working. 

Any hints for solving this issue? I believe the Blind Transfer is used often
nowdays.
