you need semicolons between the jars, as in:
javac -bootclasspath c:\WTK2.5.2\lib\cldcapi11.jar;c:\WTK2.5.2\lib\madpapi20.jar c:\WTK2.5.2\com\j2me\part1\DateTimeApp.java

See if that works for you.
