This is the MMAPI, and if you are using the WTK or have it installed you can find in the bin directory a mmapi.jar file.   You said you are doing CDC, so I'm not sure if the SunJavaToolkit 1.0 for CDC has it in the install package, but the WTK2.5.2 for CLDC does, and should be able to be used within a CDC build.
