Hi all, Nokia Closed Content List (CCL) is a proprietary solution created before OMA DRM kicked in, to prevent certain kinds of files from being transmitted from a phone to another phone. .jar and .sis files are included among the protected files. Please take a look at this document to understand the big picture and learn more about Nokia CCL: http://sw.nokia.com/id/f269e8db-bb9b-4de8-9009-bb9c2ec810f2/DRM_Develope rs_Guide_for_Nokia_Devices_v3_0_en.pdf . Had another thought. It is more than likely related to DRM, Digital Rights Management. So that you supposedly can't send pirated jar files around to your friends.
