There has been discussion about this in this forum. Yes, the ARM support is there but of course the Garnet OS support needs to be done. Someone with Palm expertize should be able to get the basics working fairly quickly. The real work is in all the optional JSRs without with the stack really is incomplete. 

It would be great to see this happen as a community project.
