I did a quick search and found nothing with Palm or Garnet.  

As I am not directly associated with Palm or Access...are there any legal concerns that have to be addressed before doing so?

I am in the process of working on the SCA..

I see you are a Governing Board member...so are you one of the folks that will approve/reject the project?
