JavaME gadgets and toys for elementary and middle school

I am working on creating a list of JavaME gadgets and toys that are cheap and can be used to take to the elementary and junior high schools to get students interested in Java and IT in general.  If you have any ideas or links, please let me know.  Here is the list that I have compiled so far:
