Has anyone had any experience with the QR code library for decoding 2D barcodes? (from qrcode.sourceforge.jp)

I've built and run the example MIDlet provided in the code, and tried deploying on a N95, but it can't seem to decode any codes I give it, where it always says 'Invalid number of Finder pattern detected'.

Are there any other 2D barcode reading APIs for Java ME recommended?
