How to remove a message with WMA?

I have developed an application that receives an SMS from another application of mine, the receiver must wake with PushRegistry in the port I have set. It's everything working fine but the messages are getting cached somewhere I don't know, how can I remove those messages from the port I want?

Will the MessageConnection.receive() method remove then?
