About Base64 source code

I've captured a image in j2me and it encoded in clientside and it is sended to the server.At server side i decoded the data and write it into some .jpeg format but file was written but it didn't display the image.I used one Base64 code for encoding in client side.I thought it was not working properly.Can anybody know about this issue plz send Base64 code file asap PLZ...........
