Ah, OK. Yes, depends on what you are trying to do. If you just want
to be in the Trusted 3rd Party Domain, to quiet warnings and so forth
then the VeriSign cert works fine. If you want access to JSR-75 or
something, then, yes, you need Motorola's cert to get into the
manufacturer domain (or a carrier cert can do it for it you too in some cases).
