It realy depends what you mean by 'microjava'.

Taken literally, 'microjava' is a processor developed by Sun that executes
Java bytecode natively.

However, given the target audience of this post - perhaps you are referring
to J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition), the Java platform targetted at mobile &
embedded development?
