Project Marge (http://marge.dev.java.net) has a framework on the top of
JSR 82 that facilitate Bluetooth stuff.

It also contains a chat demo application, you can download the jar/jad
(https://marge.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectProcess?tab=3) and get the
code in the svn as well
(https://marge.dev.java.net/source/browse/marge/marge-core/trunk/).
