How to dynamically update WAR File

Hi.,

Problem:
I have WAR file in the Tomcat Container.
I have a folder in my file system that contains the files . (e.g.
D:\Tomcat\Folder)
I need to read the file on click of a link in the JSP pages and display on
the browser.

Kindly, provide me with suggestions.
A code snipplet will help me.
