Re: files - new serveletexec isapi

This could be a file permissions problem.  Try giving everyone access to
the files you are trying to access and see if the problem goes away.  If
it does then that was the problem and you'll need to give at least the
SYSTEM, IUSR_xxx and ServletExec admin user access to these files.
