Oh dear. Didn't you say you were having trouble with the image?

It's the image servlet that we need to see if we are to help fix your
problem.

Some general things you could try:

- check the headers on the image response (NOT the HTML response, the
  image response)

- set the cache-control: none header on the response


You need a network sniffer or a decent browser (firefox + web
developer extensions) to see some of these things.
