Re: why still need applet?

Here is a case, i am not sure if applet can help:
I need to send the response back to user twice, ie,
the user submit the request to my site, I prosess it
and send the result as response to user, after the
user viewed the content, I need to send the user back
to their original site along with the result.
- no popup window allowed
- support all major browsers
