Java Script / JSP Doubt

I have a doubt .CAN ANY ONE GIVE ME A CLEAR SOLUTION AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE..

  I have a page called lets say , a.html which is a login page.
  Once a user logs in to a.html he enters the next page lets say
  b.jsp ,which is a dynamic page and the contents has to be
loaded
   from the database.
  So it takes atleast one minute to load b.jsp.So till the time
  b.jsp loads , i need to show a temperory page which states that
"
  PLEASE WAIT WHILE THE PAGE IS BEING LOADED "

  How can I implement this ?

  CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME ..
