XML - PDF generation

Hi,

I have billing application that generates the bill in XML format.  I need to convert this XML file into PDF and distribute to our customer.  I would like to know what you guys are using for this transformation.  Is there any easy to use framework / application available that I can get hold of.  I know that I can probably use XSL-FO for this purpose.  Is there a good editor for this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
