Getting problem while using Sun XML Instance Generator

Hi,
I have downloaded Sun XML instance generator. i have unzipped the zip fil=
e of xmlgen and set the classpath to all the jar files included with the =
pack. even then i am getting the exeception: "NoClassDefFoundError: org/a=
pache/xml/serialize/XMLSerializer"

What can i do to resolve this error. please help.
