Getting problem while using Sun XML Instance Generator

Hi,
I am using the Sun XML Instance Generator. I have set the appropriate c=
lasspath environment variable. But it is giving the error while i m execu=
ting the generator. The error looks like this one:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/x=
ml/serial
ize/XMLSerializer
at com.sun.msv.generator.Driver.run(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.msv.generator.Driver.main(Unknown Source)
What can i do. Please help
