Date Picker - HELP !

Hi all,
   I am using DatePicker in one of our form and I am
failing to force the validation ( from javascript) for
DatePicker componenet. Also I want an option to enter
time as well. i.e should really have an option to
enter both Date and Time (hh mm ss). Is this possible
by just replacing DatePicker.js or is there a
different way doing this.??

Any help would be greatly appriciated
