Spindle 1.1.0 Available

Whew! It only took 4 months to get from 1.0.3 to 1.1.0!

Bug Hunt was a bit of a bust. It was all bugs I couldn't reproduce. Although
I was able to find and fix some new/tricky ones.

This is the final release of Spindle 1.1.0 supporting Tapestry 2.2 within
Eclipse 2.0, 2.0.1, and 2.0.2

Obtaining and installing Spindle is easiest from within Eclipse
(www.eclipse.org) itself.
