Tapestry component repository

hi,

based on discussions with a few folks (Mind Bridge, Geoff Longman,
Malcolm Edgar) on the Tapestry Wiki, here's the current plan for creating
a component repository:

http://tapestry.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/ComponentRepository

please vote/suggest names for the project (on the wiki), and comment on
the proposed library descriptor format - after this we can get started
with some basic implementation work.
