Location of Templates & Components

Hi All-

I had said that I would put my ideas for Template location up on the 
Wiki.  Here is the link:

I also added some ideas about component location.  Please feel free to 
comment (pro or con) and if you know why my square brackets or monospaced 
fonts are not working correctly, please fix them!
