Initial Comment:
Provide a full download option - ie. combine the core and 
the doc release into one, leaving the separate core and 
doc downloads for those that only want one or the 
other.  (but so far it seems most want both anyway)

actually, I would like to see things go a step further. The
full release would also include the entire release packaged
in a layout that supports immediate compilation-- you could
simply download the release, unzip, hit the ant dist target
and it would rebuild everything without any fiddling around
or need to go to the repos.
