Call for help!

This is a call for help with the Tutorial.

I think most of the "hard" stuff has been done, including
* build scripts
* development environment
* form handling
* creating components
* usage of some built in components

I see two ways of proceeding with the other chapters, which I think are 
probably smaller. 1) take them from the existing tutorial, 2) create new ones 
[possibly leveraging what's already there in tutorial-1]

The chapters in question include:
* assets
* localization
* using the inspector
* best practices (although I am thinking this should be removed and stuck into 
the Wiki)
* integration (tomcat, eclipse, etc)

Of course, the existing material could do with a review. For all most people 
know, I could have spent the last couple of months commiting various recipes 
for pancakes into the repository ;-)

What would be *cool* is if a couple of people would write up some text or 
something for those chapters mentioned in my second list - or even get exist 
tutorial-1 text and stick it into the second tutorial.

Oh, of course everyone is welcome to check out the current Tutorial and take 
it for a spin. Review comments would be welcome !
