Summary: improve source JAR packaging

Initial Comment:
please change the way the *-src.jar files are laid out:
the "src" directory should be the root of these - so
instead of /src/net/sf/foo/Bar.java it should have
/net/sf/foo/Bar.java.

this would allow Eclipse users to attach the source
files to the tapestry jar without unpacking it first...

I believe this is user error, or a problem in the specific Eclipse
release. I had no problems attaching source using Eclipse
2.0.2.

might be an eclipse bug (2.0, linux), but first of all, it
requires entering both a variable _and_ and extension in the
"root path" field.. furthermore, you can only create a
variable for a path that exists in the filesystem...

perhaps time for me to install 2.0.1...

regardless, it would probably still make sense to package
the source jars without the src prefix...

Eclipse supports finding source files inside a dir in a jar file -
from the properties for the lib select the "Java Source
Attachment" properties, then enter "src" (without quotes) as
the "Root path".
