RE: table component

Why not just construct a DirectLink from within the getValueRenderer
method of your TableColumn? Alternatively you could have the DirectLink
component defined in the .page/.jwc and refer to it. I haven't done that
yet either..

As for the checkbox, I believe that using the normal checkbox component
will work.. but ideally the TableComponent would work similar to a
ListEdit component.. ie. You could have a "selected"/"tag" binding that
is set for each row.. and a listener that would then update the data
model based on the users selections.
