Summary: DatePicker, TimeZone  Option request

Initial Comment:
 It will be very useful and comfortable if the DatePicker 
component allows choosing the Time Zone.
Also the DatePicker should provide ‘disable’ 
functionality. Very often according to the subject the 
DatePicker should not be available for selecting a date.
