Tacos - Tapestry Component Repository

hi,

project Tacos has been registered (http://tacos.sourceforge.net/). i
added Geoff Longman, MindBridge, Malcolm Edgar and Howard as project
members - let me know if anyone would like to join or needs additional
access rights.

the next step in the project is to agree on the component library
descriptor format. please take a look at the current proposal at
http://tapestry.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/ComponentRepository and
add your comments/thoughts/etc.
