Summary: Deploy Tapestry into JBoss 3.0.4

Initial Comment:
The deployment of Tapestry into JBoss-3.0.1 does not work.  The Tapestry build file calls for 
jetty-plugin.sar which is no longer there; it has been replaced by an expanded jbossweb.sar directory.  I 
fixed that much and then tried to run the tapestry server configuration of JBoss and got numerous 
exceptions thrown and the server did not complete start up.

The current stable release of JBoss is 3.0.4.

JBoss is a moving target.  Tapestry deploys into 3.0.0 and I 
keep updating the Readme to state this (shortly, I will use 72 
point red gothic) ... I also include a link directly to the correct 
file on sourceforge.

I believe 3.0.2 is out, or just about, so I'll revisit this possible 
by Tapestry 2.2 final.
