How to use other charset in Tapestry?

Hi there,

How to use other charset (e.g., gb2313) in Tapestry
so that there is a line like this?

I remember there was a topi already discussing about
the issue, but I can't find it.

BTW, is it possible to search some topic from the 
post thread?
