Question - persission for update SF project site and web site

Hi there,

our web site and SF project site is pretty much out dated.
I want to propose myself for doing this task.

Some things
 * place an SF project icon - very important ;-)
 * update documentation, updating environment information
 * updating developers build information
 * releasing new version (see my last poll)

May I get the rights for it?
Or how can I help in this task?
