Making tn5250j more ms windows friendly

I think two changes should be made to tn5250j. I am working on these.

1 The initial connection dialog should have a task bar icon. \
2. The task bar icon should be pinnable. see here:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1907735/using-jna-to-get-set-application-identifier

For the second one, is it ok to add the jna.jar dependency?

P.S. how is the github migration going?
