And by setting a list of icons, I'm able to place the manually optimized icons as seen in my previous post. This looks better than automatically resized ones by Java. So, if anyone knows a way to backport setTabComponentAt() to 1.5, this would be really great. My first shot in googleing didn't looked that good.
