Problem with PRINT SCREEN utility

Hi, I ve a problem printing screen of tn5250. tail -f /var/log/messages do not tell me what s happened and seems tn doesn't not send information on /dev/lp0. i have suse 10.1 clients and i administrate printer with cupsd.
